No, there is no change in the CUET PG marking scheme for the academic session 2025-2026. Candidates will be required to answer 75 MCQ questions that will be asked in the examination in 90 minutes of duration. For every correct answer marked by the candidate, they will get 4 marks and for every wrong answer marked by the candidate 1 mark will be duducted from the marks scored by the candidate.

NTA has implemented some minor changes in the CUTE PG 2025 exam pattern. Now the exam duration of the CUET PG 2-25 exam will be 90 minutes instead of 105. There will be 75 MCQ questions asked from the candidates domain knowledge. The exam will be conducted in online/CBT mode in a bilingual medium.

There will also be a negative marking scheme in the CUET PG 2025 examination. 4 marks will be awarded for the correct answer, and 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer marked.

The CUET PG 2025 exam pattern has been amended for the academic session 2025-2026. The exam duration has been reduced to 90 minutes from 105 minutes for all question papers. 

CUET PG exam pattern depicts the exam format in which candidates will get to know about the types of questions asked in the CUET PG 2025 examination. Also candidates will get to know about the CUET PG negative marking scheme, time duration provided by the exam officials to attend the CUET PG exam.

A modification in the CUET PG test design means that this year's CUET PG 2024 cut-off will be calculated from a total mark of 300. It used to be 400 marks earlier. The participating universities are conducting separate CUET PG 2024 counseling sessions on their official websites. In 2024, NTA won't be involved in the CUET PG counseling process. Candidates wishing to learn more about the CUET PG 2024 counseling rounds are asked to continue checking out the official websites of the participating universities. In 2024, master's degree programs will be admitted to 190 CUET PG participating universities (central, state, private, and others).

There is no news or notification as such about changing of the exam pattern of CUET PG examination mentioning sectional time limit. However candidates are advised to be frequent on the website to check for any such new changes. 

Candidates are advised to practice for the test in CBT mode, so that they are familiar with the exam pattern.

Candidates must note that section A of the CUET PG examination 2024 question paper is important. The following section tests the language ability and general awareness knowledge of the candidate. The section includes questions based on :
