Science students willing to pursue B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer Science must select the below CUET subjects:

Combination I: Any one Language + Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics + Any two subjects from Domain Subjects

OR

Combination II: Any two Languages + Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics + Any one subject from Domain Subjects

Yes — you can choose CUET (UG) domain subjects that are different from what you studied in class 12, even if you want to study BA.
BUT this depends on the specific university's eligibility rules, not CUET alone.

CUET Rule (Official):

CUET allows you to appear for any domain subject, even if you didn't study it in Class 12.

Most CUET-based universities require two or three domain subjects depending on the course. If your selected programs accept the domains you've chosen, you won't face any issue. Yes, the National Testing Agency allows CUET applicants to select multiple domain subjects along with CUET Economics. Candidates can select up to 5 UG subjects based on the subject combination of their desired course for the target university/college accepting CUET score.
