For B.Ed, you have to fill the entrance exam form of B.Ed. For getting knowledge about release of B.Ed form, be in touch of it. You can do the B.Ed on direct seat also. In my opinion, you have to focus on CTET now.

For PGT, Candidates must have a Post-Graduation Degree in a relevant subject. For TGT: Candidates must possess a Graduation Degree in a relevant subject and B.Ed/BTC or any other training certificate.

D. El. Ed is Diploma in Elementary Education. D. El. Ed. A Diploma course. Through it, you can apply for PRT teacher, but B.Ed is a degree course, through it you can apply for TGT/PGT depending on your qualification, as you are graduated/postgraduate. D.El.Ed is valid up to PRT level.

Yes, it will be valid across India, but after D. El. Ed. You have to qualify CTET. It is mandatory.
