Yes, you can apply for M.Sc data science. M.Sc data Science eligibility requires statistics, maths and IT/CS . If you have done Bsc in any of these, you can apply.

Data Science for Business Master of Science and Technology is a master's programme offered by Ecole Polytechnique with HEC Paris. Students who meet the below requirements are eligible for X-HEC Data Science program-
- Must hold a bachelor's degree from a recognised university/college
- Obtained a qualifying GPA in academics
- Submit additional test score of GMAT/GRE
- Meet the English language proficiency requirements
- Pay non-refundable Ecole Polytechnique application fee of EUR 125
