Since Datta Meghe College of Engineering (DMCE) mostly accepts students through the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) you can enroll in a B.Tech programme there without taking the JEE Main. The primary admission exam for DMCE engineering seats, particularly for Maharashtra state quota applicants is the MHT-CET. Yes, Datta Meghe College of Engineering in Navi Mumbai, India refunds caution money to students after they complete their course or cancel their admission.
