Established in 1979, the college operates under the aegis of the Mahatma Gandhi Vidya Peetha Trust. Yes, Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering does offer internships to MCA students. Moreover, all the students have to undergo mandatory internship of four weeks during the initial part of fourth semester. Internship shall be considered as a head of passing and shall be considered for the award of degree. After satisfying the internship requirements the degree will be awarded. However, student can carry out fourth semester project along with the internship.
