DBS Global University application process is conducted online. Students looking for offline applications must visit the institute to collect the application form. The application fee for PhD course is INR 1,200. A step-by-step process for filling out the online application form is mentioned below:

Step 1: Visit the official DBS Global University website (dgu.ac/) and click on the 'Apply Now' tab to register as a new user. In the registration form, provide details such as name, email ID, and password.

Step 2: Verify the verification email sent to the registered email address.

Step 3: Once verified, candidates will receive an email on the registered email with the user ID and password.

Step 4: Log in to the admission portal and fill up the application form with all relevant details.

Step 5: Pay the application fee online with a credit card/debit card or net banking and submit the form.

• Students who register for scholarships should apply on the prescribed form available with the institute at the beginning of the semester.
• The candidate should submit photocopies of all mark sheets and certificates required as above for entitling the scholarship.
• Students should give an indemnity bond specifying that he/she will not leave the course/degree programme in between the duration of the course/degree.
• Upon official registration with the DBSGU, students will receive a formal scholarship offer letter/confirmation.
• The scholarship will be disbursed to candidates in two equal installments or as applicable.
• In case the result of the previous semester has not been declared till the last date of submission of fees for the next semester, the student may provisionally submit fees equivalent to the last semester's fees, but in case the student fails to get the required marks, they will have to submit the balance fees.
