I can just pray for your good health. Few things I would like to suggest you here that distance BE/B.Tech or Diploma courses are not valid for employment purpose. Hence, never opt for these. Further, if necessary please go through the regular part-time BE/B.Tech courses from an AICTE approved colleges. These courses are helpful for employment purpose. Best of luck.

Hi Raghav,
Though few universities provide B.Tech degree through distance mode, but it is not recommended to pursue the same. You can opt for some good certification courses in computer science.
Thanks.

Hello Bharath,
No, you can't do part-time B.Tech as it is not recognized and entertained by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education).

Almost all colleges provide admission into B.Sc after Diploma. Diploma is considered equivalent to class 12th and admission is given on that basis.

No. You can transfer college within same university but could not change Universities. You will have to complete your final year where you completed first two.
