Since design skills academy provides only one courses at the B.Sc level which is Bsc in animation media and graphics, the entry level requirements are not so complicated. The candidate who have passed 10+2 from any recognised board are eligibile to apply for this course. Also, one is also required to appear for the creative quotient test which is the academy 's entry level exam which is mandatory for everyone to appear in. Moreover, I believe that since it is a B.Sc degree, the students who have a background in the Science stream will be given more preference. The best courses at the design skills academy can only be evaluated on the basis of the current industry trends and the kind of courses which are in demand today. In the present times, if someone wants to go for a certificate course then I'd say that certificate in graphic design is one of the best course offered here. Also, certificate in art and design, advanced Diploma in communication design, and the most important B.Sc in animation and media and graphic are also among the most preferred courses at design skills academy. The various entrance exams which are accepeted by design skills academy might also include The NID score, uceed etc. However, I kindly request you to further contact the academy for this clarification since no additional information has been given on the website of the academy. You can also take a close look at attempting the other additional exams for desiging which include:
- National institute of design (NID)
- Undergraduate common entrance examination for design (uceed)
- national institure of fashion technology (NIFT)
- Common entrance examination for design (CEED)

The eligibility at the design skills academy for different courses varies according to the type of course you wish to pursue. For the undergraduate courses, the applicant is required to first appear for counselling which is followed up by a creative quotient test and a last step which includes enrolment. You are required to appear for the examination/ test and your focus should be on to maintain a good score. The minimum eligibility requirement for appearing in this creative quotient test is that you must have passed your 10+2 from a recognised education board.

For the certificate courses at The design skills academy, there is no entrance examination. You don't need to appear for the creative quotient test for the certificate courses. The only requirement for the admission is that you must have passed your 10+2 from any recognised board.

The fee at both the institutes is decent for the BSc programmes. Tron School of Animation Pune offer BSc in Media Graphics and Animation and the tuition fee for this course is INR 3.3 lakh. Whereas, tuition fee of Design Skills Academy BSc course is INR 4.25 lakh. The fee of Tron Animation is compartively less than DSA. Students can consider other factors such as institute's distance, placement packages offered, etc.
