Hey Payal the classes for M.com is going to start from 15 July 2023 after the completion of this session of graduation of commerce. So just be prepared and gat the admission in one of the top colleges in india. Can't change university in the middle of session

Candidate must have completed bachelor's degree with at least mentioned marks in the subject applied for admission and 45% marks in aggregate in case of the candidates of general program or equivalent grade points.

A Bachelor's degree under the 10+2 pattern form a recognized University securing a minimum of 45% Marks in Major or in Aggregate (40% for candidates from Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Castes and Other Backward Classes).

Dibrugarh University of Engineering and Technology cutoff for Petroleum Engineering branch is around 99 for Common Entrance Examination (CEE). For JEE Main, the required cutoff stays around 45 percentile. These cutoffs are for general category students.
