Yes, definitely distance education is valid for private jobs as well as government jobs. If a student wants to pursue a profession in the technical area, he must first obtain a B Tech degree. As distance education advances, every undergraduate and postgraduate degree is now offered in a distance or online format. However, the key concern is whether or not b tech distance education is genuine. Distance education for B Tech is ineffective. The Supreme Court of India and the AICTE have deemed B Tech remote education to be invalid. Chandigarh University is the best institute for Distance learning with the most convenient & affordable distance education in India. Learn at your own pace with CU-IDOL offering the best, industry-relevant UG & PG courses for Distance education in Punjab. You can pursue M.A. BBA BCA M.A. Etc. But Civil is a practical subject, No institute can have distance edu in B.Tech civil.

Hello T Sharath Kumar, I am afraid to tell you that distance education for professional which includes Bachelor of engineering is not allowed in india at least at the moment. As you have completed you are Diploma I can advice you to go for a mi e certification which is equivalent to engineering graduation for all purposes. Best wishes to you.

Doing distance B.Tech is not valid as per UGC guidelines, So please avoid to do this. B.Tech lateral, AMIE or part time. Regular B.Tech are the best available options.

Hello Dhananjay, University grants commission as well as AICTE both have declared that no university can offer professional courses via distance education. As a result of this universities have stopped offering engineering graduation as a subject for or getting degrees under distance learning method. However if you are a working personal then you have the choice of doing AMIE which is equivalent to graduation in engineering for all practical purposes. Best wishes to you.

Distance B.Tech/ B.E. Is not valid as per UGC guidelines, So never be pursue. The AMIE and B.Tech lateral are the best available options. You have dropped your B.Tech in 4th semester so please asked to your college for continuation procedure. Most probably your college may permit you for the completion of remaining B.Tech semesters.
