If you choose to do an MBBS from one of the private colleges, you should be ready to spend anywhere between 1540 Lacs INR on your medical education.

You have to pas your class 12th with subject physics, chemistry and biology. Then appear for NEET exam with proper preparation. Your rank will decide which college you gonna get and in this way you will become a doctor.
