If you are good in accounts and economic, then you should join CA, because CA is a good choice for those people who is good in Accounts and Economics. In CA, you can understand accounts and economics. According to my point of view, CA is a right option for you.

A candidate for the Indian Economic Service must have obtained a Post-Graduate degree in Economics/Applied Economics/Business Economics/Econometrics from a university incorporated by of an Act of Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutes established by an Act Parliament, or declared to be deemed as university under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or a Foreign University approved by the Central Government from time to time.

Switching from DU to IPU will be a bad idea. I would suggest not to do that, instead option for Masters or PG in marketing ones you complete your graduation. Switching now, when you're already in 2nd year will be a waste of time.

BA from DU is better than BBA from IPU because DU is a government university whereas IPU is semi-government. You get a brand name tag when you are a DU pass-out where as an IPU pass-out has to struggle more to get into the market.
