In fact, B.E. should be sufficient to get you a job. As you have done the CSE thing and there are jobs for engineers. Do ensure that your actual skills of software and web Development are at good level. Still, an M.Tech. Or M.B.A. can be done to get a good job.

The infrastructure and studies are good, but the placement is poor here.
Placements: The placements are low. Sometimes, none got placed, and there is a recession in the placement in Jamia Millia Islamia. Only a few companies come there and recruit a few students with not attractive packages. The seniors are didn't get the job as some are wandering here and there. A few got placed, who soon left the job due to the workload and salary.

Yes, provided you have the necessary knowledge about that particular job profile and the field in which you wish to work for. And, if you do get a good job after BMS, then there is no need to do MBA. Even if you wish to pursue MBA later on, then you may work for 2-3 years and go for MBA.
