Yes, it is Undertaken by Government. These are the details about it :-
CCB has invited online Scholarship Applications Form 2018 for the students of various courses under Welfare and Scholarship Scheme for the reserved quota in government. Approved colleges or Universities in India. Associated Institutions have reserved 20% seats for SC/ST/OBC/Minority/ General Candidates of all states. Most of the students are not aware of these facilities & financial support provided by State Government, Government of India and College Trusts and they miss the opportunity to get higher education. Students get benefit of 1 to 4 Lacs rupees as discount

Hello Divi,
No, counselling us based on marks obtained in entrance exam. But of course from this year onwards there will be no entrance exam. Admissions and counselling will be based on marks obtained in class 12th marks only. Again, different reservations as per rules will be applicable.

Hello Dev, It's quite good query. What is career growth? Money? Recognition? Reaching out to more people? Helping most people? It's required to ponder over these or many other similar questions. Govt job or rather any job has it's constraints. One has to work within contours. But if you are your own boss? Be an enterpreneur. You can then achieve your dreams. It may be difficult in beginning but in the end this only will give you all that you desire.

Hi,
I don't think there is any Govt. college which can let you take admission at this point of time as you have missed the counseling dates. However, you may check some private colleges for admission like Thapar, LPU, JIIT, DY Patil, etc.
