No, the admissions to National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Guwahati M.Tech course is not open for 2026. The admissions are typically opened with the registration of the NIPER JEE which is done in the month of April. Candidates who wish to apply for National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Guwahati M.Tech courses can also apply through GPAT and GATE scores.

The website of National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Guwahati does not mention a maximum age limit for the M.Tech admissions.
The 28 year age limit only applies to the PhD course offered by National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research. Thus, candidates planning to apply for PhD after graduation from M.Tech have to complete their M.Tech before reaching the aforementioned age.

No, candidates who wish to apply for National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Guwahati M.Tech course are not required to appear for the GPAT exam mandatorily. The selection of candidates can be based on either one of GPAT, GATE or the NIPER JEE exam.

The GATE Exam 2026 scorecard is not required by Chandigarh University for applying for M.E. admission. If students want to be considered for the fellowship, they can apply based on their academic qualifications and thereafter submit their GATE information. The scorecard is required at the fellowship assessment phase, not during admission registration, for students aiming for the GATE fellowship.
