Yes, Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research Banglore's (WeSchool) MBA programme is superior to Sydenham Institute of Management Studies Research and Entrepreneurship Education's SIMSREE programme.
Unlike WeSchool, which are private institutions, SIMSREE is a state-funded institution and does not have a marketing budget.
Aditionally, Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research Bangalore (WeSchool) offers greater placement packages than SIMSREE institution due to its business links.

In order to get admission at DSEU for BCA programme, the student have to meet the last educational qualification. The student should pass Class 12 with 50% aggregate in any stream or equivalent.
