Yes , Ellen College of Design  accepts UP board 12th scores for admissions including CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) and RBSE (Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education ) which are also accepted by Ellen College of Design, Jaipur.

The minimum eligibility criteria for 12th students is to have passed the 12th  examination from any recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks. Students are also need to qualify in the Ellen Design Aptitude Test (EDAT) conducted by the college.

The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology, Imphal  requires applicants to meet certain requirements in order to be admitted. The institute has not yet revealed the entrance exam; admittance is determined by merit. Candidates for UG Diploma programmes must have completed their 10+2 coursework in any subject from an accredited board. As for the fundamental requirements for admission to the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology, Imphal, no other entrance exam results are taken into account at this time. Higher Secondary (+2/ 12th) in Science or equivalent, with Mathematics as a subject, from a recognised Board securing minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for reserved category) 

For eg -

20 percentile score means scoring more than 80 percentage students that have given your 12th standard state board examination. It is counted of a total of 5 subjects. In CHSE board there are 6 subjects. So you'll have freedom in ignoring one subject. But you need to consider PCM subjects along with a language subject for sure. These are the basic credentials to find your 20 percentile mark.

Now for CHSE board of Odisha, the 20 percentile cutoff almost always comes around 290-300 out of 500 total marks. So, score above 300 just to be safe and you'll be eligible to join any IITs or NITs of your preference. Every year JOSAA launches the 20 percentile cutoff just before the counseling process of JEE main and Advance starts.
