Yes, CAT is required for MBA at Gujarat Forensic Sciences University (GFSU). You can get admission in mechanical engineering at the SRM main campus with a rank of 26,000. However, last year's closing rank for the Chennai main branch was 31,000. You can take part in the counseling.
SRM has more seats available for mechanical and civil departments. The Chennai campus of SRM is considered the best for mechanical engineering.
