Looking at BITSAT you will know that it is more about speed and accuracy But there are a few things you need to take care of. Yes I know BITSAT is an easy exam which is leveled below than JEE Mains.

No, I guess. According to your rank I. e. 17k you cannot get BVSC. In all India the total seats are just 400 - 500 for this course. A rank of 1700 - 1800 will assure you a seat for BVSC in General merit. With a 94% in PCB, a score of 140+ is safe to get admission into BVSC.

You cannot follow the rules, sorry. If you must take both module exams in December, you may only apply for ICSI's CS EXECUTIVE programme through May 31.
