It is difficult to determine whether you will be able to get admission in RGSC South Campus with a rank of 75 in the entrance exam for MVoc in Retail and Logistic Management without knowing the total number of seats available in the course and the number of candidates who have applied for the same. It is best to wait for the release of the admission cutoff and counseling process to determine your chances of getting admission.

No, you cannot attend the Certificate verification process before or after your allotted date. The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has a fixed schedule for the Certificate verification process, and candidates have to attend the process on their respective dates. If a candidate fails to attend the Certificate verification process on their allotted date, their seat may be forfeited, and they may not be eligible for further rounds of counselling. Therefore, it is important to check the schedule for the Certificate verification process and attend the process on the specified date.
