Assuming you are from unreserved category, there is no chance of you getting an agriculture seat, as the cutoff ranges from 4000-5000 rank every year. If you have any category, then there might be a chance of you gettung the seat.

No, AIBE exam is only for the students who are graduating from the year 2009-10. If you had the law degree before 2009-10 then you need not to sit in the AIBE exam to practice law in India.

It is mandatory for candidates to get enrolled with a state bar council for filling the AIBE application form
3-year and 5-year LL.B. Graduates can get enrolled with state bar councils

If 38 is your passing marks or lesser you are eligible for getting admission but if it is lesser then the passing marks you caant get admission in any college.
