The form is applicable for 4 years and since 4 years aren't over, you can continue with the existing registration but since you couldn't appear for the exam, you have fill exam form again and then appear.

Hello Phalguni Badduri, let me first say that rank of 38K is quite good. But on the other hand, total seats in all NIT's put together is just about 25K and with reservation under different categories, seats available for general or open categories is just about 10K. Hence, you can fancy your chances against these many seats with your rank of 38K. Yes, of course you can clear the NDA exam by skipping integration chapter, but you need to be well prepared in rest of the chapters further you need to work out as much as possible. Generally, integration doesn't have higher weightage. Since you are leaving this then you need to be thorough in equations, Probability calculus and rest of the chapters as they carry higher weightage. My suggestion is that it's better if you have a basic knowledge on integration.
