Hello,
Although you are saying percentage what you mean must be percentile in JEE Mains. Considering that you are an SC candidate I feel you should get admission to one of the NIT's. However, whether you will get admission for computer sciences engineering or not I will depend on how those placed above you give their choices. To help you I am attaching a link that can predict the college and the branch that you can get based on your performance in this examination. https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/jee-main-college-predictor
Best wishes to you.

Hello Aman, firstly let me congratulate you for getting such a good rank in JEE Mains. I feel that you should get CSE in one of the NIT's definitely considering your status of rank. However the admissions are a very dynamic process and it all depends on how those placed above you give their choices. To help you I am attaching a link that will predict the college and the branch that you can get based on your performance in JEE Mains

Yes, there are 50% seats reserved for the state board quota (filled by ACPC which is the admission committee for professional courses in Gujarat), and the remaining 50% seats will be filled directly through your score in the jee examination every year. I am happy to see you at Ahmedabad University which is teaching you project-based learning.
