Hello,
Your CAT percentile is not valid in XIME Bangalore you should at least have 75 percentile or above, other than and if have appeared in other exams than for XAT 80 percentile, CMAT 80 percentile, and MAT 600 Marks are necessary.

You have a good score and you should try for the NIT you want, probably you will not be able to get Core branch like mechanical CS and IT. You may get a low preference branch there. Best of luck.

The expected CAT cutoff for Great Lake and Wellingkar is above 80, Hence your chances are very low. In my opinion you should go for another management entrance exams like CMAT MAT or XAT etc. For getting the good B-Schools.

Try to improve your percentile in next upcoming JEE Mains exam. Qualification cutoff will come after JEE Mains exam result. So study, avoid thinking about cutoff.

Level of GD will depend on the students who will be along with you in your group, better points and remarks you make better will be GD. Chance of selection depend on how you perform there and also on your PI.

Yes, if you have done B.Tech in mechanical, then you are eligible for aerospace in M.Tech without any flaw.

Without GATE score, you will not find any decent college. It is very important to find a decent college in M.Tech. So, please appear in GATE otherwise stay a year and do hard work for the GATE. The final decision is on you.
