Since your graduation percent is low I think it will be difficult for you to get in executive MBA. But I would suggest do atleast MBA before executive to have some knowledge on domain and which sector you are applying executive. You can also get some part time MBA offers from reputed colleges.

Yes, E-MBA students also participate in placements. The placement process for E-MBA students is similar to that of regular MBA students, although the companies that participate in the placement process may differ. Many E-MBA programs have a dedicated career services team that provides career counseling, organizes networking events, and works with employers to facilitate on-campus interviews and recruitment.

Go through the basics: Most of you may not be of a management background like the students from BMS or BBA. Hence, a good idea would be to go through the basics of what the MBA has to offer. Try to proactively learn some basic terms and concepts from general subjects like marketing, finance, economics, etc. $ B.Com or BBA are the best.

The Executive PGDM course at the Alliance University, from what I hear from its alumni is that it is delivered through varied and hybrid learning mode to working professionals and blends contemporary theories with emerging technologies. The course keeping in mind the functional needs of working professionals provides quality management education to its students. It is recommended from my end.
