To pursue executive MBA, you need to clear one of the entrance exam- CAT XAT NMAT, GMAT EMAT CMAT. Once you appear for any of the exam, you need to apply for the colleges you are looking for. Based on your exams score you will be called for interview. Also check the below link

Hello,
I sometimes get candidates who are foreign nationals who want to stop work and attend an executive programme full time, sometimes for the purposes of trying to transition into the USA. The programs that offer full-time "EMBAs" for the more experienced candidates are Stanford MSx (their equivalent of the executive MBA) and the MIT Sloan Fellows programme. Older/ more seasoned applicants can also sometimes fare well in the Kellogg 1-year MBA programme and the Cornell Johnson 1-year MBA programme.
