I sometimes get candidates who are foreign nationals who want to stop work and attend an executive programme full time, sometimes for the purposes of trying to transition into the USA. The programs that offer full-time "EMBAs" for the more experienced candidates are Stanford MSx (their equivalent of the executive MBA) and the MIT Sloan Fellows programme. Older/ more seasoned applicants can also sometimes fare well in the Kellogg 1-year MBA programme and the Cornell Johnson 1-year MBA programme. INSEAD (it means bring together) is also more open to older candidates in its regular MBA programme, as are some Canadian schools. The others who have posted here are right, that technically most of these are not called Executive MBA programs, but they function as the equivalent because you are not disqualified for being older, with lots of experience and an executive profile.
