Dayalbagh Educational Institute has not released the 2023 placement details. However, the NIRF report 2023 is released. According to the report, 137 MBA, 172 B.Tech and 27 M.Tech students were placed during DEI placements 2022. The median package offered to MBA students during the Dayalbagh Educational Institute placements 2022 was INR 3.6 LPA. For B.Tech and M.Tech courses, the median package offered stood at INR 5.2 LPA and INR 5 LPA, respectively. The Bachelor of Business Management is offered by the Distance Education Programme of Dayalbagh Educational Institute. To get admission to BBM course candidates should fulfil the basic eligibility criteria that is the candidate should have passed Class 12 in any stream from a recognised board or institute. The per semester fee for the BBM programme is INR 2,425. The duration of the course is 3 years. Interested candidates can visit the official website and fill out the application form to get admitted to BBM course. 

The institute offers BTech in various specialisations. Candidates from the Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics streams securing at least 60% normalized marks or normalized CGPA of 6.00 out of 10 in Mathematics in the intermediate of Class 12 of any recognised board of secondary education would be eligible for admission to the BTech programme. For SC/ST category, a 5% concession is given on Class 12 marks.

Admission Procedure: Following scheme of weightage will be given for marks scored at class XII/X level and JEE (Main)

Candidates should appear in the Joint Entrance Examination (Main)-2013 conducted.

The BTech Lateral Entry (LE) scheme is one of the lateral pathways that the Institute offers to its meritorious students of various Diploma levels and prescribed BVoc programmes. Candidates should fulfil the basic eligibility criteria to get admission to the BTech Lateral Entry programme. The criteria is that the candidate should have passed Class 12 with 50% aggregate in PCM from a recognised board along with scoring good marks in JEE Main. The candidates have to apply online from the institute’s official website. The application process usually begins in the month of April or May.

Admission to Dayalbagh Educational Institute is based on the merit scores of the last qualifying exam.
