Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET), Agra College is a mixed bag:

Faculty are usually well-qualified,  cooperative, and friendly,  and many of them possess higher degrees.
Facilities are decent,  with labs, Wi-Fi, library and hostel,  although maintenance is lacking.
Placements are 40–70%, average pay 1.5–3LPA, while some get up to 12LPA in premium streams.

Entry into M.Tech course of Jain Deemed University, Faculty of Engineering and Technology is given through entrance examinations such as GATE or JET. Individuals need to hold a BE/BTech degree with an aggregate percentage of at least 50% (45% for SC/ST) with the same/similar specialisation of the M.Tech course. To the seat in Jain Deemed University, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, candidates have to apply online from the official website. Yes, those candidates who have obtained 75% in Class 12 are eligible for admission to BTech in Jain Deemed University, Faculty of Engineering and Technology. But eligibility is just an assurance that one can get admission, because candidates also need to perform well in entrance exams such as JET or Uni-GAUGE. The final merit is on the basis of merit, keeping in view the entrance test marks and overall academic record.
