You can do MBA and as you mentioned you want to switch from sales, you can do MBA in hr and banking or finance or if you have thought of any other course then do that there are many like fashion designing, aviation, tourism, etc.

Yes, you can apply for the course. Candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board. Interested candidates can apply directly to the college.

Fee and eligibility differ in every institute. If you are looking for a UG programme, you can apply for it irrespective of your stream in class 12. Your attitude is what matters while applying for a UG course. On the other hand, for a PG programme, you should have a Bachelors degree in fashion related course.
