First, figure out your interest and priority. Filmmaking is a career wherein the success comes much later in life. A lot of hard work and patience is required to have a career in filmmaking. There is no financial security or guarantee in this field. Graphic design, on the other hand, gives you a constant career with the constant financial flow.

To place it in a clear perspective, let us see where we employ an Editor- where production work is done. Production means videography, photography, shooting, filmmaking, documentary making or promo making, etc.

It depends and varies in places. In average, for a graduation course in mass communication, the fee structure will be around INR 2.5 lacs - INR 4 lacs in reputed private institutions. The same goes for specialization courses like cinematography or editing, demands a fee of INR 1.5-2 lacs in the metros of India.
