Full time BBA from any reputed university is better than any private institution. One may prefer FOSTIIMA for PGDM/MBA but not for BBA.

AIU is not mandatory to run the PGDM program in India or for any Indian university. It's required only when any Indian university having a tie-up with foreign universities provides a foreign degree. Details can be checked from the AIU website https://www.aiu.ac.in/evaluation.php under, AIU ADVISORY FOR STUDENTS.

I won't comment on the scenario were 3 years back. But at present FOSTIIMA is doing extremely good compared to other these two colleges or even far better than its competitors you can say. Their average placement is almost range between 7-8 lakhs with a 100% placement record. According to TIME ranking it's coming under the BBB category which shows its quality of placement, faculty and students. Even in this pandemic situation, where other colleges are struggling to get new admissions FOSTIIMA gets 100% admissions and also placed all the students of previous batch.

FOSTIIMA is AICTE accredited which is mandatory to run the PGDM programme. NAAC and NBA may add value to the college, but these are not at all mandatory to run this course. To check the status one may directly visit to AICTE website or can be referred at https://www.fostiima.org/aicte-approval-2020.php.

FOSTIIMA is an AICTE approved college and offering PGDM. One may refer https://www.fostiima.org/aicte-approval-2020.php for details.
The simple difference between MBA/PGDM/PGPM
MBA : Only recognized university or Institute accredited by the university can run this program
PGDM : Any college accredited by AICTE is eligible to run this program
PGPM : A professional degree course run by any autonomous body may or may not be recognized by any governing body.
