The institute accepts applicants on both merit and entrance basis depending on the programme. Those looking to enrol in BA LLB and BBA LLB need to appear for the Geeta Law Admission Test (GLAT). However, admission into the LLM and LLB courses is made based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Once applicants are shortlisted, they need to go through document verification and pay the admission fees to secure their spots.

However, in terms of affordability, Amity University Noida is more affordable since the tuition fee to pursue LLM at Geeta Institute of Law is INR 2.1 lakh, and the tuition fee to pursue LLM at Amity University Noida is INR 1.5 lakh.

The Geeta Institute of Law LLM course admission is subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria state that candidates who have completed their graduation in Law from a recognised university with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks are eligible for the programme.
