  All international students including students from India are required to meet the admission requirements to get into Georgia Tech. The application requirement for Indian students apply to undergraduate courses at Georgia Tech are:

  • Class 10 board results and 11 internal marks

  • Class 12 board results (credentials needed to enrol)

However, Indian students seeking admission to graduate courses are required to have:

  • Four years of bachelor’s degree

  • Students having a bachelor’s degree of three years must have a Masters degree.

Below are the UG  International requirements for Georgia Tech: 

  • Transcripts for each year of secondary school study completed 

  • There is no minimum score needed for IB; however, to be competitive, students should have scored between 6-7

  • Higher-level math and sciences courses are encouraged but not required for competitive purposes.

  • Transcripts of 12 predicted and board marks.

No, international students are not eligible for federal or state scholarships. However, international students can apply for scholarships that are administered through Georgia Tech. International students are expected to cover their own expenses such as tuition fees and housing expenses. There are numerous philanthropic organizations and people that offer scholarships and financial aid to international students attending Georgia Tech.

Georgia Tech accepts Common Application from prospective undergraduate students. Students are required to fill out the application form, then choose their course and submit all the documents required for that particular course. Once the application form is filled out and the necessary details are filled in, students are required to pay a non-refundable application fee and submit the form. The Georgia Tech application fee is USD 75/INR 6,252 per application.

Georgia Institute of Technology offers a wide range of courses to its students. Each course has some specific admission requirements which are mentioned on their respective course page. The minimum ACT/SAT score requirement for UG courses will vary from program to program. Generally, the SAT score required for most of the UG courses is in the range of 1360 - 1540. Meanwhile, the general ACT score requirement is in the range of 31 - 35.
