The application requirement for Indian students apply to ug courses at Georgia Tech are:
Class 10 board results and 11 internal marks
Class 12 board results (credentials needed to enrol)
However Indian students seeking admission to graduate courses are required to have:
Four years of bachelor's degree
Students having a bachelor's degree of three years must have a Masters degree.

There is no minimum score needed for IB; however, to be competitive, students should have scored between 6-7
Higher-level math and sciences courses are encouraged but not required for competitive purposes.

It's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering in aeronautical engineering branch from Georgia. Unfortunately, not much is known about details of concessions in tuition fee, etc. If a student is in the top 10. As a rule of thumb, almost all universities offer some concession or the other to students securing a good position in the exam. Perhaps you will have to contact alumni or the institution directly for further details.
