Minimum 45% aggregate in PCM for the general category (some sources say 50% for open category)—reserve and PWD candidates get a 5% relaxation.

Yes, Government College of Engineering (GCE), Jalgaon, is a recognised institution in Maharashtra. Established in 1996, it offers undergraduate and postgraduate engineering programs . The college is affiliated with North Maharashtra University and approved by AICTE 

Lokmanya Tilak Jankalyan Shikshan Sanstha's Priyadarshini Bhagwati College of Engineering is a private college in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

It is affiliated with RTMNU and approved by AICTE, thus it does not receive any grants whatsoever from the government.
