The college is mainly concerned with streams such as Engineering,  Management,  Science,  Commerce, Computer Applications, etc., and offers various courses to students at UG and PG levels. GNIOT Greater Noida admission to all the courses is offered via both merit and entrance exam scores. The popularly accepted entrance exams are CAT, MAT,  XAT, NMAT,  CMAT, JEE Main,  CUET UG, GATE,  IPU CET, TANCET, etc. The final seat allotment is done based on the UPTAC Counselling process.

GNIOT Institute of Management Studies MBA is a two-year postgraduate degree programme, divided into four semesters and offered in full-time mode. The basic eligibility criteria required by the university to grant admission to MBA courses is candidates must qualify for their Class 12 and graduation with at least an aggregate of 50%.
