Hello Vishwa CSA they require candidates to be graduate. For Assistant Jobs the eligibility is class 12th pass. For some other role specific profiles Hotel Management is also required. Some major ground service providers like Indigo and Air India might not accept your distance education degree. But others who are basically involved as third party service providers like BWFS and Celebi will accept such a degree.

Knowing Hindi is no compulsory requirement for becoming a Cabin Crew. But domestic air carriers may pose a challenge. You should be very good in English and you should also learn some foreign language like German, French etc. This shall cover up for you not being aware of Hindi, the airline may roster you for only international sectors and specially where your foreign language comes into use.
