Yes, candidates from states other than Haryana can participate in the Haryana NEET PG counselling process. Such candidates will have to apply for the Haryana NEET PG counselling through the management quota or NRI quota. In order to be eligible, they must have qualified for the NEET PG or NEET MDS exam, and meet other eligibility criteria set by the DMER Haryana.

The Haryana NEET PG 2025 counselling process is likely to begin in September 2025, with the registration process. DMER Haryana or the counselling conducting body, is likely to conduct three rounds of Haryana NEET PG counselling 2025. The number may increase based on the seat vacancy. The counselling process will be completely online, wherein eligible candidates will have to register, fill choices and check the seat allotment result in online mode. Only the last step, or the document verification or institute reporting process, will have to be done by being physically present at the institute.

Haryana NEET PG/MDS counselling will be conducted in online mode through the counselling portal at the official website, dmer.haryana.gov.in. However, the last round of the counselling, which is the institute reporting or document verification process, is conducted offline. Here, candidates who will be allotted seats will have to visit the instittute for the document verification and completing the admission formalities. Apart from the last round, all other processes of Haryana NEET PG are conducted online.

Haryana NEET PG/MDS counselling is being conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER), Haryana. The counselling process for Haryana NEET PG programmes is conducted in online mode. Any candidate who has qualified for NEET PG or NEET MDS exam, and fulfill other eligibility criteria stated by DMER Haryana, will be eligible to participate in the Haryana NEET PG counselling.
