Jagannath University, Haryana follows a reservation policy. A minimum of 25% of the total seats in the BCom programme are reserved for students domiciled in Haryana.

Out of this 25% Haryana quota, 10% of seats are specifically reserved for Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates from Haryana.

Jagannath University, Haryana offers a total of 90 seats in its BCom programme for the 2025 academic session. The seats are equally divided among three specialisations. Each specialisation offering 30 seats. The different specialisations include:
