You can get admission into a good college with 50 per cent in the HBSE 12th exam. Many universities and private institutions in Haryana offer admission to BA, B Com, B Sc and other programmes with this percentage.

HBSE 12th scores are calculated based on the best five subjects out of six. The minimum mark in each subject is 33%.

After HBSE 12th result is announced, students need to collect their marksheets and passing certificates from the schools. Those not happy with their marks can apply for rechecking/re-evaluation. Students who failed in one or two subjects can apply for the compartment exam. They can take admission in different colleges for UG courses.

HBSE 12th toppers list has not been released by the examination authority. Last, it was released in 2024. Last year, toppers list was not published.

To clear the Haryana Board 12th exam, students need to secure 33% marks in each subject. This includes both theory and practical. The aggregate pass marks is 33%.
