Heritage Institute of Management and Communication (HIMCOM), established in 2012 is a private institute and is located in Delhi-NCR. The college has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), the first university established in 1998 by Govt. of NCT of Delhi. The college offers Bachelor’s in Journalism and Mass Communication (BJMC)+ Digital Media Leadership Programme (DMLP), Master’s in Journalism and Mass Communication (MJMC)+DMLP, PG Diploma in Journalism & Mass Communication+DMLP. Further, these courses are recognised by the UGC.

No, candidate need to be graduate to apply for PG Diploma course at Heritage Institute of Management and Communication. Apart from this, the course is spread over two semesters. Some of the subjects are mention below from semester one and two:

  • Principles of Mass Communication
  • Indian Culture and Folk Media
  • Development Communication
  • Audio Video Production

Candidates who have completed graduation with 50% aggregate. Students should have bachelor’s degree from an acknowledged College or University. Students who have complete PG degree are too allowed to register for the course. Candidates with a stronghold on English language are occasionally picked at the time of admission. The selection criteria for the course is Entrance Test + Interview.
