Candidates seeking admission to BCom (Hons) at Hindu College must have completed their Class 12 with the following subject conditions:

  • Combination 1: Any one language from List A along with one among Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics + Any two subjects out of which at least one should be from List B1 OR
  • Combination 2: Any one Language from List A along with one among Accountancy/ Book Keeping + Any two subjects out of which at least one should be from List B1

Final merit is subject to the scores obtained by the students in their CUET exam.

The applications for Hindu College that run simultaneously with DU registrations for UG courses via CUET 2023 (for UG programmes) began on February 27, 2024, and is open till March 31. Additionally, for admission to postgraduate courses, CUET-PG registrations have already closed for 2024. Interested students were able to apply online on the official websites of CUET UG and CUET PG. The CUET UG exam is scheduled to take place between held from 15 May, 2024 - 31 May 2024. The CUET PG exam will be held from 11 March 2024 - 28 March 2024.

CUET is an entrance exam conducted by NTA. There are totally 27 subject in this examination. Candidates can opt for combination of atmost 2 languages and 6 domain-specific subject or 3 languages and 5 domain-specific tests. As you have to opt for history you can opt for history with other humanity subject which will help you. So choose your subject wisely according the course selection.

Hindu College comes under one of the best DU colleges and is placed in the top colleges league for many years. To get into this college is no piece of cake, but it is absolutely achievable. The cutoff for Hindu college ranges from 96 to 99 depending on the course you choose. HI, both colleges are well reputed. Both colleges accept CUET exam. Ramjas college provides the maximum package of Rs. 19.25 Lacs per annum whereas medium package revolves around 3.37 Lacs per annum. It provides the facilities such as library, cafeteria, hostel, gym, labs and many more. On the contrary, Hindu college provides the average package of Rs. 6 Lacs per annum and accredited by NAAC and gained A grade. Please refer to the official page of Shiksha.
