At doctoral-level, Faculty of Computer Applications MRIIRS offers PhD programme in Computer Applications. MRIIRS conducts an entrance exam (with 70% weightage in selection) for admission to PhD followed by an interview/ presentation round (with 30% weightage in selection) for final selection. The syllabus for the entrance test consists of 50% research methodology based questions in part-A and 50% subject-specific questions in part-B.
