It may not be possible, because, you are supposed to go on leave for that. If you are doing a regular job, you may have to inform your employer in writing. Otherwise, he may not accept it as a qualification. But, be technically correct.

Difference between regular BA and BA Hons. in BA Hons. You have to focus on a particular subject, and you will get degree for the particular course. And, in regular BA you will have a combination of 2 or 3 subject and have opportunity of doing master in any of the subject of your combination.

Hi,
You cannot do two degrees at a same time as per UGC rules, yes you can prepare for UPSC as for UPSC a degree is required, so it would be better you choose one degree.
