To apply for Psychology through CUET, you need to opt for domain subjects such as Psychology (if offered), Biology, Sociology, and Political Science. Certain universities also admit subjects like English or General Test. Check the specific eligibility requirements of your desired universities under CUET carefully so that you select the right subject combination to get admitted into an undergraduate programme in Psychology.

If you hold NET / JRF / GATE / SET qualification
Most of the UGC-recognized universities (such as DU, JNU, BHU) exempt entrance tests if you've cleared:

UGC NET-JRF

CSIR-NET, GATE (for technical streams)

SLET/SET (state eligibility tests)

Direct Admission at Private or Deemed Universities
Few private or deemed universities provide direct admission (usually after an interview) if you:

Have a good academic record

Provide a good research proposal

Agree to join under self-financed or part-time mode
Example: Amity, VIT, Chandigarh Univ., Shob
