Normally universities offering distance education, courses begin twice in a year. Presently the course will begin by July. Hence, I would advise you to download brochure cum application form and start off on admission process.

Well, everyone has his own interpretation. No, It is not like this. DU like any other university has good colleges that do not require you to mug up, but requires you to understand subject. That's it.
