Hi Athar,
Firstly, you must decide where or which country as the admission process differs. You must visit the university websites, check the entry requirements, deadlines and prepare accordingly. Complete your class 12th with good grades, additionally you must also take IELTS or TOEFL.
Some of the best universities for Arabic studies include:
1. University of Sydney.
2. Dartmouth College.
3. Middlebury College etc.

Hi,
These are some of the best study abroad destinations:
US
Canada
Australia
New Zealand
UK
Germany
Netherlands
Singapore etc.
Narrow down your country choice on admission requirements, your profile, budget and expenses, location, climate, language barrier and so on. You haven't mentioned what you want to study, this is also one area you must research on.

Monika, you can enroll in B.Ed (in case you get into regular course, that is the best). Along with the same, you can pursue MA that would be the best approach.
