Hello Laxmi,
Most of the Ph.D courses are for regular students. I am not sure which university is offering Ph.D through distance mode. You can search for the same online. If you want to make your career in political science then try to pursue your Ph.D in regular mode.
Lectureship is also a good option for the student who opted economics because Ph.D is mostly done for science subjects. If you want a good job after completing your PG then try to go for fellowship program in lectures and then think about Ph.D.
All the best.

Psychology degrees are all about the study of people – their behaviour, thoughts, actions, interactions and reactions. But before answering you completely it is important to know your qualification and a bit of your reason to choose psychology.

Generally all the nationalised banks provide educational loan. However, it depends on the terms and conditions on which they provide the same. It is advisable to get in touch with the bank for further details. God bless you.

Lakshit you won't face any problem. These days private colleges/ universities are equally good. They are imparting quality education to students at affordable fees. Also universities like LPU, Chitkara, MMU, etc are a favourite hub of reputed companies for recruitment.
Good luck.
