The MA programme at Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) costs more than Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University (BAOU). Tuition fees for the BAOU range between INR 3,800 and INR 40,000. On the other hand, KSOU levies tuition fees between INR 16,800 and INR 50,600 for MSc programmes. However, Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University has emerged as a better alternative to students seeking quality education at reasonable price rates, mainly for MA programmes. The fee mentioned is from the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to change and, hence, is indicative.
